Huawei Tech Carnival - Baku, Azerbaijan 2024
Huawei Tech Carnival at Baku, Azerbaijan brought more than 1,000 guests comprising Huawei's partner community and customers from the Middle East and Central Asia region for three days of solution and product launches, talks and product sessions. Government and business leaders moved between the main conference, smaller discussions and two exhibition areas at the Baku Convention Center.

We planned and delivered the event with Huawei, drawing on a working relationship that now spans more than a decade. Our scope covered creating the entire brand experience across the venue, design and production of the Tech Carnival Conference including stage, AV, technicals, sound and light production. We also designed and setup a 350 sqm exhibition area. We also developed the content for the main hall and three breakout rooms, plus six product launches with custom props and films. Each evening also featured an exclusive gala dinner, entertainment, photography and video.
