What kinds of events do you organise?
Product launches, leadership summits, partner and dealer conferences, VVIP evenings, roadshows and tech carnivals, from Museum of the Future in Dubai to Liwa in Abu Dhabi and Baku in Azerbaijan.
How far in advance should we plan a product launch?
As early as you can. Signature venues book up well ahead, and staging, AV and content all need production time. Share your launch window and we will tell you what is realistic.
Do we need a permit for a corporate event in Dubai?
It depends on the event. Public or ticketed events and some activities need a permit from Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism, while private corporate events at licensed venues often follow the venue's own process. We check the requirements for your event and venue during planning.
Can you help us choose a venue?
Yes. We propose venues that fit the guest count, the message and the reveal you have in mind, then handle the site visits and technical checks.
Do you provide staging, AV and lighting?
Yes. Stage and set design, LED screens, sound, lighting and show calling are part of what we deliver, together with photography, videography and highlight films.
Do you run virtual and hybrid events?
Yes. We have hosted more than 75 virtual and hybrid events for brands.
Do you work outside the UAE?
Yes. KSA through our Riyadh office, and recent events in Kuwait, Azerbaijan and Germany.
