The SAMENA Leaders’ Summit is a VVIP event that brings regulators, policy-makers and technology leaders together for a full day of conferences, meetings and networking in Dubai. The day was built around serious discussions on the region’s digital economy, with enough space between sessions for people to meet and build conversations.

Bluamoeba conceptualized and produced the entire event experience including the stage design, production and AV for a programme of keynotes and panel discussions and overall event branding This high energy event changes pace throughout the day, including many virtual attendees and speakers, making this a highly co-ordinated event production exercise. Bluamoeba also ran the guest activation and provided photography and video coverage. The project also included live web conferencing production between remote speakers and the speakers at the venue in a seamless high-quality production system.
As someone who has overseen industry-affairs and leadership conferences from conception through agenda and delivery decisions, I know first-hand that strong event delivery depends on far more than design, production, or technical capability alone.
