Questions we get
How much does a custom exhibition stand cost in Dubai?
It depends on the stand size, whether it is single or double-deck, the materials and finishes, the AV and interactive elements, and the show's own rules and fees. Send us the show, stand size and open sides and we will come back with an itemised quote.
How long does it take to design and build an exhibition stand?
A custom stand moves through concept, detailed design, organiser approvals and fabrication before build-up on site. Start as soon as your space is confirmed; share your show date and we will set out a timeline that works back from it.
What is the difference between a custom and a modular stand?
A custom stand is designed and built for your brand and space, so the layout, structure and finishes are unique. A modular stand uses a reusable system that can be reconfigured for different shows, which suits brands that exhibit often on a tighter budget.
Can you build double-deck stands?
Yes. Emerson's stand at ADIPEC 2025 was a double-deck build with demo pods and meeting rooms below and an executive meeting and networking area on the mezzanine.
Do you handle organiser approvals and submissions?
Yes. We prepare the drawings and documents the organiser asks for and manage build-up, site supervision and breakdown.
Can you add interactive technology to our stand?
Yes. We integrate LED walls, product demo pods, touchscreens and AR, VR and AI-led experiences, as on the Huawei-e& use-case experience at GITEX Global.
What do you need from us to get started?
The show and dates, your hall and stand number, stand size and open sides, the products or solutions to feature, how many meetings you expect, and an indicative budget.

Yes. Riyadh through our KSA office, plus Europe and Central Asia, most recently Berlin and Baku.
