Huawei Tech Carnival Baku 2024: Conference & Gala Dinners
A three-day Huawei conference in Baku for 1,000+ partners and customers, with six product launches, a 350 sqm exhibition and a gala dinner each evening. Guests from the Middle East and Central Asia, including government and business leaders, moved between the main conference, smaller discussions and two exhibition areas at the Baku Convention Center.

We planned and delivered the event with Huawei, drawing on a working relationship that now spans more than a decade. Our scope covered creating the entire brand experience across the venue, design and production of the Tech Carnival Conference including stage, AV, technicals, sound and light production. We also designed and setup a 350 sqm exhibition area. We also developed the content for the main hall and three breakout rooms, plus six product launches with custom props and films. Each evening also featured an exclusive gala dinner, entertainment, photography and video.
